Kurt Walcott is the broker-owner of Walcott Real Estate with over 40 years of experience.
Kurt became licensed on St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands in 1986 as a real estate agent and in 1990 as a real estate broker.

Kurt is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists and served as the 2010 president of the St. Croix Board of Realtors (CRS). He has obtained his CRS designation and has also obtained his GRI designation (Graduate REALTOR Institute) and his ABR designation.
